Nichols Coaching FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Nichols Realty Coaching for me?

Let’s start by saying Nichols Realty Coaching is NOT for you IF:

1) Commitment to weekly coaching calls and a monthly meeting will be a problem.

2) You can’t give 5-15 hours every week to generating leads. Literally ALL realtors who see success have (at least!) this commitment.

3) You aren’t aren’t willing to change. The whole purpose of coaching is to help you grow.

4) You can’t or won’t pay the (very small) $49 Worth Clark Realty brokerage fee. You have to pay it in order to transact.

5) You want an office to go to. With us you’ll work remotely. In today’s tech-driven world many agents who’s brokerages have offices hardly use them. So, in order for our agents to make more money we eliminate this unnecessary cost.

I'm already licensed, but want to join Nichols Coaching...how do I start?

Set up a consultation and we can see if we’re the right fit for you and vice-versa.

What is the process of getting started as an agent with Nichols Coaching, if I'm not licensed?

1) Complete the required 40-hour Michigan Real Estate Fundamentals course.

2) Apply for a Real Estate Salesperson license here.

3) Receive authorization from the State to register for the licensing exam.

4) Take and pass the exam (schedule your exam here).

5) Contact Nichols Coaching to get set up in their system!

Sellers and Buyers FAQ

Can you help me know if I should sell my home (without trying to sell me on selling)?

Yes! I HATE being pressured by salespeople. If you want to chat, I can help you identify if selling makes sense by 1) identifying your needs, 2) evaluating what your home is worth, and 3) giving you an estimate of what you’ll net if you sell. From there we can see if selling will get you where you need to go.

How do I buy?

1) Get pre-approved (no sense in trying to buy until you know you can!).

2) Talk to Paul – we’ll connect for a Buyers Consultation that will clarify what you need and how to best get it.

3) Hire Paul – if all looks good and we decide to work together, just sign an agreement and you’ve got Paul as your ally!

4) Start the House Hunt!
