The S.O.A.R. training period will be coupled with: - A weekly call with your mentor to discuss and implement what you’re learning. - Opportunities to “shadow” an experienced agent in key agent skills.
Once you’ve completed S.O.A.R. you will be engaging in high productivity practices, and continuing to grow through: - Weekly coaching & mentoring call. - Personalized business plan and accountability.
